Lady Be Good - George Wein and his Newport All Stars 1974 On YouTube.
Lady Be Good - George Wein and his Newport All Stars 1974 George Wein put a great cast of All Stars together for his European Tour Champion 1974. The musicians had just arrived in Copenhagen. Unfortunately, his luggage again. In this concert, George Wein explains why the members looked sloppy, but the music certainly sounds sloppy. These All-Stars opened their program with a fast, Lady Be Good. The inspiration is there, now! ..... and what a cast! Ruby Braff, cornet, Barney KesselGuitar, Norvir borrow red vibrations, George Wein piano, Larry Ridley, bass and drums Don Lamond. In both cases I had never seen this clip and posted in this glorious performance in front!
